Your workshop event takes place during the COVID-19 Protection Framework traffic light system.

This means that, in order to take part, you must be vaccinated against COVID-19 and able to prove it.
Picture
By purchasing a ticket and/or attending a workshop, you are certifying that:
  • You are vaccinated against COVID-19;
  • You can prove your vaccination status by presenting your valid My Vaccine Pass QR code and photo ID when you attend the workshop;
  • You are willing to follow health & safety precautions during the workshop, such as wearing a face covering and keeping physical distance; and
  • You understand that these requirements are set by the government to prevent and limit the risk, outbreak, and spread of COVID-19.

If you purchase a ticket and/or attend a workshop and are found to have violated any of these terms, then you understand that:
  • you will not be allowed to participate in the workshop;
  • you will be asked to leave the premises so that the workshop can proceed;
  • you will not be entitled to a refund; and
  • you may face legal action and/or infringement penalties.

At your workshop you must be able to show the QR code on your My Vaccine Pass to be scanned and verified by the NZ Pass Verifier app, and you may be asked to show photo ID to authenticate your pass.

Please note that documents other than a valid, verifiable My Vaccine Pass will NOT be accepted, including purple vaccination cards or any My Vaccine Pass that cannot be properly scanned and verified.

More information on the COVID-19 Protection Framework, getting vaccinated, accessing your My Vaccine Pass, and infringement penalties can be found at the government's Unite Against COVID-19 website.
